Globe Air Cargo Dominican Republic, a subsidiary of ECS Group, is celebrating it 20^th anniversary and looks ahead with plans to cement its status as a strategic logistics hub for the country.

Since its establishment, the company’s commitment to innovation, customer service, and operational efficiency has made it adaptable to meet market demands and has played a vital role in shaping the air cargo industry in the Dominican Republic, formalising and modernising the sector locally.

That ability to stay up to date is, in large part, credited to the Globe Air Cargo team. It consists of professionals who know the local landscape, regulations, and key players of the Dominican market well, allowing the company to navigate challenges with agility, anticipate market needs, and provide tailored solutions to industry problems.

The team is also crucial in maintaining and improving relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, and airlines, which helps streamline operations, promote growth, and establish long-term partnerships.

These partnerships include total cargo management (TCM) contracts with German multinational airline group, TUI, and Condor airlines, another German airline, as well as collaborations with Corsair, the United Aviation Enterprise, and Cargo Logistics.

As part of the ECS Group’s international network, Globe Air Cargo Dominican Republic facilitates shipments between Europe, Asia, and the Americs, with Punta Cana and Santa Domingo acting as major transit points for cargo transport to the US, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and England
