Customs officers of Manas airport detained gold nuggets worth more than 1 million soms. The Customs Service reported.
«On November 11, a citizen of China, passenger of Bishkek — Dubai flight of Fly Dubai airline, was detained when passing through the customs control zone. When his backpack was searched, placer nuggets of yellow metal were found without any documents confirming their customs clearance. The total weight of the detained goods amounted to 240 grams,» the statement says.
Materials of the case were handed over to law enforcement agencies.
