OGMA Performs Maintenance for Embraer Executive Jets Landing Gear

OGMA  has just completed the review of the first set of components that form the landing gear of the aircraft Embraer Phenom 100. The project was developed in partnership with Embraer and ELEB and marks the company’s debut in the maintenance of this executive aircraft.

The delivery of these components is the culmination of the project, which started in July 2019, with the objective of technical and logistical training, industrialization and certification by OGMA to review the landing gear of Embraer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 executive aircraft.

A team of about 45 people from OGMA, from areas such as engineering, production, planning, quality, procurement, logistics, sales, IT and project management, carried out the necessary steps for the implementation of the maintenance process, in a partnership and close relationship with Embraer and ELEB, in Brazil and Portugal, which proved the ability to overcome the different challenges, including the restrictions and limitations brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition to executive aviation, OGMA provides maintenance, repair and overhaul of defense aviation, commercial aviation, engines and components and is also equipped with a dedicated paint hangar.
