Bishkek, Feb.9, 2018 / Kabar /. Before entering the air transportation market in Kyrgyzstan, the Turkish company Pegasus promised to send two planes for domestic flights, Kyrgyz Minister of Transport and Roads, Jamshitbek Kalilov said at the board meeting of the Ministry.

However, it turned out that the agreement was only oral, there are no such conditions on the documents.

"We anyway have to work with them in order to increase domestic air transportation, because this is the safest means of transportation since so many accidents are happening in our roads. We need to develop aviation," Kalilov said.

The Minister also added that in the coming year repair work will continue at airports. The following airports: Manas, Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad and Issyk-Kul have already been reconstructed. Improving and launching all 11 airports in the country is on agenda.
